Whakatane Home Page was my dream. 15 years ago I started to play around with Websites and Computers and that was it. After working
in Computer sales and Installing them for 5 years, and then Working In Vodafone as a manager and winner of store of the year 2009 and Top
Home sales and service. I have awesome experance and love helping people to learn and use the internet safetly and look after thier
Computers.

Service is a big part of Whakatane Home Page and over the years I have been taught to go above and beyond the call of duty.

We have recently joined up with Vodafone for homeline and broadband. (My husband already had a Vodafone mobile plan, and I have a
Vodafone prepay mobile). Before committing to Vodafone we made enquiries at our local Vodafone store in Whakatane. We found Marc
Everett to be very friendly and helpful. The box with the necessary goods to set it up took a while in coming. Marc had a spare set in the
store and offered to set it up in the meantime, just so we could get started on broadband. This he did. However, our computer was dreadfully
slow, and Marc explained to us what the problem was. Not only that, he offered to clean it up when he came back to fit the new equipment.
This he did in his own time (this past Saturday). It is very rare to get such service, especially as it was unpaid (he wouldn't accept any
payment). As a result of his public relations we are extremely happy we chose to go with Vodafone. He has gone beyond the call of duty,
and we hope that this will be acknoweledged in some way by Vodafone.
